Job Description

  • Làm việc với người dùng, các bên liên quan để thu thập các yêu cầu quy trình nghiệp vụ, chức năng, báo cáo cần thực hiện trong hệ thống ERP.
    Work with end users and stakeholders to collect requirments of business process, functions, reports need to perform in ERP system.
  • Phân tích và hiểu rõ các yêu cầu được thu thập để xác định tính khả thi, sự ưu tiên, mối quan hệ giữa các yêu cầu; đảm bảo rằng chúng đủ chi tiết, rõ ràng để phát triển.
    Analyze and clarify collected requirments to determine feasibility, priorities, replationship between requirments and make sure that they are detail and clear for development.
  • Theo dõi và quản lý các thay đổi về yêu cầu người dùng, cấu trúc dữ liệu hệ thống đảm bảo rằng các thay đổi này được đánh giá mức độ ảnh hưởng và triển khai một cách cẩn thận.
    Follow and manage changes of user request, system data structure ensures all changes were assessed impact and implemented carefully.
  • Hỗ trợ và giải đáp các thắc mắc của người dùng và đối tác triển khai trong suốt quá trình triển khai và vận hành hệ thống ERP.
    Support and answer user questions and Implementation partner throughout ERP system implementation and maintain process.
  • Soạn thảo các tài liệu phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, quy trình nghiệp vụ, hướng dẫn người dùng và kịch bản kiểm tra hệ thống.
    Write analyzing business requirement, workflow, user guide and test script document.
  • Theo dõi sát sao tiến độ dự án ERP và kiểm tra dữ liệu thường xuyên đảm bảo hệ thống ERP vận hành đúng tiến độ và hiệu quả.

Job Requirement

  • Có kinh nghiệm trong việc phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và triển khai hỗ trợ dự án ERP ít nhất 3 năm/ Have experience in business reuiqrements analysis and ERP project support implementation at least three years.
  • Có kinh nghiệm về hệ thống Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP hoặc Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 (phân hệ Quản lý dự án)/ Have experience in Microsoft/ Dynamics 365 ERP or Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 (Project Management).
  • Có kinh nghiệm về Power BI, Power Automate/ Have experience in Power BI, Power Automate
  • Có chứng chỉ về Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP là một lợi thế/ Have Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP certificate is a plus.
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Xây Dựng là một lợi thế/ Have experience in Contruction is a plus.
  • Có kiến thức về các mô hình quản lý dự án CNTT/ Knowledge of IT project management models (Agile, Scrum, Sprint…)
